X-Elite Program Interest Form

Before students can be considered for the X-Elite Program, they must already be enrolled in at least one regular Heartland School of Dance class.

By submitting this Interest Form, you are requesting that your student be considered for the X-Elite Program. Following evaluations and scheduling, Heartland School of Dance will contact your family regarding placement, tuition, and next steps.

Enter the student's first and last name. Use the same spelling for every class registration. Registering another student for this class? Add the class once for each student.

See the X-Elite Program Section for information. Amazing opportunity for students to have their dance skills evaluated by international representatives of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing & Royal Academy of Dance.

Cost ranges $60-$65 tap.

You will be notified of class schedule and upon acceptance, first month’s tuition will be invoiced at that time.
